Have you ever heard the saying "cough up a lung" or "hack out a kidney"? Pretty sure with all my phlegmy coughing, I must have done the latter, there is this pain in my right side, sort of in the back versus the front. It was a throbbing pain, now it just feels kind of warm. At first I thought I just had a stitch in my side from walking to class (which hardly EVER happens, since my apartment is the farthest one out of campus, so I walk a good ways every day, a few times a day). Then we watched a movie for 3 hours in class, and I thought I was alright, then the pain came back as I sat down. Coughing as much as I have the last few weeks probably isn't helping, if it is only sore muscles. I've never been one to be afraid of swine flu, or H1N1. For some reason I have never panicked about it. My last sickness for the past week and a half or so only showed signs of a cold. I was completely well for the past 3 days, then this morning I woke up with a swollen and painful throat, when I showered, I could feel the phlegm in my back, and by the afternoon, I was back to hacking up mucus. (pretty picture, I know) My goal was to outlive this swine flu epidemic and make a shirt: "I survived the Swine Flu epidemic of '09" or "I never got thee olde H1N1". I better not get it now! ::fist shake::
Why do you need to know this? You don't, actually. Did you want to know this? Probably not, but if you've made it this far, you have a certain interest with my phlegm. Hahahaha. Sicko.
